Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. What You're Agreeing To
By subscribing to a weekly meal plan, you agree that: (a) your subscription will continue and automatically renew each week until you cancel; (b) your payment method on file will be charged automatically each week for the cost of your selected plan, plus any add-ons you request that week; and (c) you may cancel at any time as described in Section 3. These terms are presented to you before you complete your first subscription purchase.
2. Recurring Charges
Your weekly charge will match the price shown for your selected plan at checkout. If the price of your plan changes, we will notify you before the new price takes effect on your next billing cycle. Charges occur automatically on your delivery day each week — no separate action is required from you to place each week's order.
3. How to Skip, Pause, or Cancel
You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time, directly from your account — the same account you used to subscribe, with no phone call or written request required. Changes take effect starting with your next delivery cycle: an action taken during the current week cannot stop, refund, or cancel the order already generated and in preparation for that week. For example, skipping on a Wednesday will not affect that week's scheduled delivery; it will apply to the following week's order instead.
4. Weekly Dish Selection & Cutoff
Each week, subscribers may select their dishes through the online Dish Portal up until Thursday at 11:00 PM. If no selection is made by the cutoff, we will automatically select a chef-curated set of dishes ("Chef's Choice") on your behalf so your delivery is not delayed or missed.
5. Bonus Dish
Active subscribers receive one complimentary bonus dish with each weekly delivery, selected via the Dish Portal. This offer is available exclusively to active subscription orders and is not available on one-time, non-subscription purchases.
6. Add-Ons
You may add optional side items to an existing week's order through the Dish Portal. Add-ons are billed separately via an emailed invoice and must be paid to confirm inclusion in that week's delivery.
7. Changing Your Plan
You may request a change to your weekly meal plan size (e.g., number of meals per week) through the Dish Portal. We will process the change and provide a payment link for the new plan; your prior plan will be cancelled as part of this process.
8. Delivery
Deliveries occur on your assigned day(s) within the scheduled delivery window. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by you.
9. Food Safety & Allergens
Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that also handles common allergens, including nuts, sesame, dairy, and gluten. Each dish's allergen information is noted in the weekly menu and Dish Portal to the best of our knowledge, but cross-contact during preparation is possible. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the available dish and allergen information and are responsible for selecting dishes appropriate for your own dietary needs. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before subscribing so we can help you make an informed choice. Delivered meals should be refrigerated promptly and consumed within the timeframe noted on the packaging.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, The Curry Creations' total liability for any claim relating to your subscription is limited to the amount you paid for the specific delivery giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your subscription's price or cancellation rights, we will notify you before it takes effect. Continued use of the subscription service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
