What is Paneer Makhani?
Paneer makhani is soft paneer simmered in a rich, velvety tomato gravy finished with butter and cream and a hint of kasuri methi (dried fenugreek). Makhani means "with butter", and the dish is the vegetarian cousin of butter chicken: mild, smooth and indulgent.
It's a favourite with families and one of the most-ordered paneer dishes at The Curry Creations.

How we cook our Paneer Makhani
We simmer paneer in a smooth tomato gravy with gentle spices and a whisper of fenugreek.
It's cooked in 100% olive oil with no preservatives, then finished with a little butter and cream, the way it's traditionally served. It's packed hot into a 16 oz biodegradable container and delivered the same weekend it's cooked.
