Vegetable Korma — homemade Indian dish from The Curry Creations, New Jersey

What is Vegetable Korma?

Vegetable korma is fresh seasonal vegetables cooked in a rich, mildly spiced gravy made with cashews and yogurt. Korma dishes come from the Mughlai tradition and are known for being creamy and aromatic rather than hot.

It's a gentle, satisfying dish that suits anyone who prefers mild food, and one of the most-ordered vegetable dishes at The Curry Creations.

Cooked in 100% olive oil

Never vegetable oil or palm oil. No preservatives, no artificial colours.

Best served with

Steamed basmati rice or warm roti, both available as sides with your weekly order.

Allergens

May contain nuts or sesame. Our kitchen also handles nuts, sesame and dairy, so please message us about any allergy before ordering.

Storage & heating

Keeps up to 5 days in the fridge or up to 5 weeks frozen on the day of delivery. Containers are not microwave-safe — heat in a pan or on a plate.

How we cook our Vegetable Korma

We cook seasonal vegetables in a smooth gravy made with cashews, yogurt and mild spices.

Like every dish from our kitchen, it's cooked in 100% olive oil with no preservatives, packed hot into a 16 oz biodegradable container, and delivered the same weekend it's cooked.
